  • Design a custom made brochure for your property to help emphasize all of the important amenities of your home to potential buyers.
  • Mail a “Just Listed” flyer to 200 houses in the surrounding neighborhood.
  • Place advertisements of your property in some of the following periodicals and publications:
  1. Los Angeles Times (Saturday “At Home” & Sunday Real Estate Sections)
  2. Chinese Daily News
  3. RE/MAX Real Estate Guide
  4. RE/MAX Renowned Properties Magazine
  5. Additional Optional publications
  6. Home & Land Magazine
  7. Unique Homes Magazine (for Fine Homes & Estates, generally over $1,000,000+ in price)
  8. Pasadena Weekly
8. Marketing Feedback & Follow-ups
  • Deliver a copy of your multiple listing for your approval, along with all advertisements (as available).
  • Follow up with salespeople that have shown your home to their prospective buyers.
  • Update you regularly as to any changes in the current market conditions.
  • Make suggestions and advise you as to any changes to your property that would make it even more appealing to buyers.
